Purchasing, Eligibility to purchase

In order to make purchases through the site, you will be required to register and provide us with your personal details. In particular, customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct. You confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided. The site is available only to individuals and others who meet the Nicky Romero Productions B.V. Terms and conditions. Customers who have been issued a valid credit card by a bank or a bank account acceptable to Nicky Romero Productions B.V. can only place orders. Nicky Romero Productions B.V. reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any customer or postal address. Orders

All merchandise from Nicky Romero Productions B.V. is created on-demand in collaboration with Creator Studio. This means every item is produced especially for you once an order is placed. By working with a print-on-demand system, we avoid overproduction, reduce waste, and keep our footprint eco-friendly.

Because items are produced individually, delivery times may vary slightly depending on production and logistics. You will always receive updates regarding your order, and of course, your rights as a customer remain the same as with any other purchase from Nicky Romero Productions B.V.

Please note: adding items to your shopping basket does not reserve them until your order is completed.

Prices

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. 21% VAT is included in all prices at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice to you, until both parties have agreed upon the contents of the agreement. We will take all care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website. Customers purchasing from a country outside the European Union need to pay import duty or tax costs. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.

Shipping costs depend on the weight of the product and the destination. The fee is displayed at checkout. Customers always receive a tracking link once their order has been shipped.

Delivery Times

Please note: Delivery times are approximate and may be subject to unforeseen delays. In some cases, parcels may arrive earlier than stated. If you feel your delivery has been misplaced or is taking longer than expected, please contact us directly.

Payments can be made by Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and iDeal.
